• Provides technical guidance, analysis, processing and scheduling of Task Orders to Region Wireless Managers in the determination and acquisition of the appropriate services/assets, scheduling dates and submission deadlines in compliance with CNIC standards.
• Understand use of Contract line-Item No. (CLINs) and period of performance for the contracted devices and associated services.
• Understand the Equipment line-Item No. (ELINs) associated to device lines of service for the contract period of performance.
• Track G2 portal for Region Wireless Managers submission of required reports and wireless device inventory.
• Understand and manage various vendor specific device account login parameters to make device changes, reset voicemail, rename (Friendly Name) of user devices, and correlate billing.
• Prepare device equipment user phone listing in support of new competition and recompete of expiring contracts.
• Be familiar with cellphone and smartphone vendor plans for the various vendor task orders.
• Be familiar with device porting and transfer processes.
• Be familiar with tracking and shipment of devices to regional wireless managers outside of HQ CNIC.
• Have knowledge of the process to activate international voice and data services in a pooling plan environment.
• Track and log daily actions of end users request and requirements.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of CNIC INSTRUCTION 2000.2C
• Familiarity with DON Wireless Service Contract
• Experience with wireless device management and billing
