Position Overview:
Comprehensive Approach Solutions (CAS) is seeking a Mid-level Financial Analyst to join our Team in Washington, DC. This on-site position at the Pentagon offers the opportunity to contribute to national security initiatives for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). As a Financial Analyst, you will provide executive-level financial and budget analysis support to the organization. Knowledge, skills and abilities in analyzing large data sets for the purposes of resource planning, execution and reporting. Provides recommendations on improvements to financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provides support to relevant budget and resource management principles and practices for developmental and operational programs.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities in the Planning, Programming Budgeting and Execution phases of the DoD budget.
• Capable of utilizing, adapting and developing budget and resource analytic tools, techniques, and processes for both technical and administrative support activities.
• Additionally, this position will be responsible for assessing products and/or procedures for compliance with government standards, accounting principles, internal controls, and multi-tiered system application standards.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst within the Department of Defense or related government environment.
