Job Description
ANALYGENCE is seeking a Program Manager to support the Department of Energy's Office of Secure Transportation (OST) in Albuquerque, NM. This contract will provide Administrative Support Services for OST.
The Program Manager serves as the single PM for ANALYGENCE and will be the authorized interface with the Government Contrac ti ng Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

The Program Manager serves as the single PM for ANALYGENCE and will be the authorized interface with the Government Contrac ti ng Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
- Responsible for placing qualified personnel on this contract, formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall contract performance.
Requirements
- BS and at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a minimum of a DOE (L) Clearance
- Relevant experience for this posi ti on includes experience managing programs, projects, contracts, funds, staffing, customer interface, or resources of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Performs complex evaluations of exis ti ng procedures, processes, and techniques rela ti ng to management problems or contractual issues that require reports and recommended solutions.
- Provide guidance and direction to staff.
- Experience in a Federal agency is preferred.
