Wing Readiness Technician
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.
The Wing Readiness Technician plays a critical role in the monitoring, reporting, and management of unit readiness for resources, capabilities, deployments, and deliberate crisis action planning. The technician ensures that readiness reporting is conducted on a monthly basis, quality checks reports, and provides readiness training. This position requires close collaboration with subordinate units and higher commands (NAF/MAJCOM) to meet reporting requirements, resolve discrepancies, and assist in preparing readiness documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Wing Readiness Technician: Pay commensurate with experience.
- Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
- Prepare and submit readiness reports on resources, capabilities, deployments, and crisis action planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate readiness reporting on a monthly basis; conduct quality checks of all reports.
- Provide initial and quarterly readiness training to personnel.
- Liaise between subordinate units and higher commands (NAF/MAJCOM) to address and resolve readiness reporting discrepancies.
- Assist subordinate units in the preparation and submission of readiness reports to meet deadlines.
- Support the Wing Force Readiness Manager in delivering readiness and deployment briefings.
- Maintain and manage databases, including DRRS, DCAPES, ASIMS, ARIS, LMS, CCTK, and e-DRC; provide support to subordinate units in managing these databases.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Air Force readiness reporting and deployment operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Air Force administrative operations and associated organizations.
- Proficiency in the use and maintenance of databases such as DRRS, DCAPES, ASIMS, ARIS, LMS, CCTK, and e-DRC.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform quality assurance checks on complex reports.
- Effective communication and liaison skills to work with multiple stakeholders and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to train personnel on readiness and reporting procedures.
