Position: Program Manager
Location: Qatar
Clearance: TS/SCI
Job Description
Mission Essential is seeking a Program Manager to support multidisciplined intelligence operations to all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. The PM is an in theater-based asset responsible for management of contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other program management responsibilities. The Program Manager shall be responsible to the Government Contracting Officer and/or their designated Representative. Duties include but not limited to:
• Oversight and management of all contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other program management responsibilities. The PM shall be the contractor's interface to the PCO and their designated representative (COR/ACOR/TTM)
• Always maintain 100% accountability and awareness of all personnel when contractor personnel are deployed including an accurate listing of all Regional Managers (RM) and Program Management Support Personnel with contact information and provide it to the COR/TTM as changes occur
• Provide a Monthly Status Report and Mobilization Plans
• Help develop a management plan describing how all the required deliverables will be provided and outline how the continuation of services will be performed during crisis situations or unexpected conditions. other reporting requested by the COR and their designated Representative.
• Assist in Quality Control Plan
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration OR other related business field
• 8+ years' experience working in the Government environment, as either a government or contractor employee, leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects and multidisciplined team
• Clearance - TS/SCI
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certified Program Manager, Lvl III OR, Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) P/PM Lvl III, OR Project Management Institute (PMI)-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• 2+ years of experience in Afghanistan or Iraq or equivalent deployment experience
Desired Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business administration or other related business field
• Experience in either Afghanistan/SWA regional/political/military issues
• Former US Army Command or equivalent
