IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) seeks an experienced Sr. Institutional Partnerships Lead to support a DOD SOCOM opportunityITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions, including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry partners, government agencies, and other organizations.
• This role involves identifying potential partners, cultivating relationships, and enabling participation with EDAT TO requirements.
• Identifies and pursues new institutional partnership opportunities.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing partners.
• Proposes and tracks budget requirements for partner engagement events and integration into the EDAT TO partnership environment.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to align partnership efforts with organizational goals.
• Contributes to the development of partnership integration plans and partnership scouting for potential contributions to the training and technology environment.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for institutional partners.
• Identifies and communicates SOCOM priorities and capability gaps to potential partners, expediting innovation sourcing.
• Tracks and reports on the performance of partnerships.
• Leads and mentors a team of partnership coordinators.
• Fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

Requirements

• Senior level: 10 years of experience and an MA/MS degree.

• Substitutions for education:

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a master's degree
• 12 years of work experience may be substituted for a master's degree

Preferred Skills:

• Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration between the SOCOM and its institutional partners.
• Ability to align partnership opportunities with the DoD's long-term goals and mission objectives, ensuring that collaborations add strategic value.
• Proficiency in negotiating partnership terms, managing agreements, and resolving conflicts in a mutually beneficial way to all parties involved.
• Expertise in DoD regulations, compliance standards, and contracting processes to ensure partnerships meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work with teams but is self-motivated to complete projects independently.
• Ability to work entirely on-site with minimal accommodation

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have at a minimum, active DOD Secret
