* This is a Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) position.
• Purpose is to provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in limited time frames to meet Joint Force Development (JFD) customer requirements.
• SME support will be provided to one of more divisions of Joint Staff (JS) J7, Deputy Director Joint Training (DDJT) to include the Joint Exercise Division (JExD), the Deployable Training Division (DTD), the Plans and Operations Division (POD) and the Service Joint Training Division (SJTD). Primary location of work is Suffolk, Virginia.

• Models and Simulation (M&S) operations
• Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) planning
• Sustainment planning
• Intel planning and targeting
• Information Environment (IE) and Media planning
• Technical requirements development
• Test plan development
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Risk mitigation
• Lessons learned and After Action Review (AAR) development

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. passport
• Must possess secret clearance (minimum) and meet TS/SCI eligibility requirements
• Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a commissioned officer, noncommissioned officer, or DoD civilian equivalent including 2 years' experience in planning and conducting military training for a service or joint/combined organization
• Must be able to travel unassisted to CONUS and oversees locations to perform job duties
• Skilled in all aspects of communications for the preparation and presentation of white papers, briefings and classroom instruction
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office presentation, word processing, spreadsheet and collaboration applications
• Bachelor's degree (service experience may substitute.
