Parker Tide is a veteran-owned, small business in DC. We serve as a value-added partner to the government. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work onsite in Washington, DC with one of our clients.
Title: Administrative Assistant
Place of Performance: Washington, DC (100% onsite).
Period of Performance: One year with possible extension.
Requirements: 6 years of administrative experience, QuickTime, PRISM, SharePoint, Concur, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and Zoom
Duties
• Arrange appointments, conferences, and meetings (in-person, hybrid and virtual).
• Answer telephone calls.
• Receive and coordinate official visitors.
• Create and edit documents.
• Perform records management duties.
• Maintain office supplies.
• Maintenance and use of office equipment.
• Faxing/photocopy documents.
• Process mail.
• Assist with travel arrangements.
• Assist with training requests.
• Perform timekeeping duties.
• Conduct process improvement reviews.
• Coordinate and submit requests for small purchases to the designated POC for final purchase.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of purchase card transactions.
• Maintain record keeping and documentation in designated electronic files.
• Review purchase card transactions to ensure adherence to credit card guidance.
• Draft responses to quarterly audits of purchase card transaction.
