Must Haves:
- HS Diploma/GED and 4 years' experience
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products
- Close attention to detail and quality
- Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft office
Nice to Haves:
- Associate Degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience
- Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter)
Job Description:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Entry-level support individual contributor.
- Work is closely supervised.
- Work consists of tasks that are routine.
- Explains facts and practices related to job area.
