This is a full-time direct hire position and you must currently have an active TS/SCI Level Security Clearance or above. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship, 1099 status, or work with C2C for this role.

What will you be doing?

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the security and advancement of our IT applications. This role requires a talented and experienced individual who can manage both front and back-end development tasks, adapt to user feedback, and modify application code to meet client needs. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agile environment, making impactful contributions to complex systems while maintaining clear communication with your team and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to work efficiently within a development team, adapting to rapid changes and delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Design, code, and unit test both front-end and back-end solutions for integrated systems using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Go, and SQL.
  • Develop integration code to connect and interface various systems and services, ensuring solutions adhere to open standards and interoperability requirements.
  • Create prototypes and mock-ups to demonstrate solution designs, aesthetics, and functionality, rapidly iterating based on user feedback.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including design specifications, implementation details, and user guides.
  • Analyze user feedback and system requirements to make informed updates and improvements to existing solutions.



QUALIFICATIONS
  • IAT level II Certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and SQL/No-SQL database technologies. Desired experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL. Alternatives include VueJS, Go, MySQL, ElasticSearch.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments and facilitating sessions across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate design principles effectively, advocating for best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and user-centered design/human-centered design principles.
  • Knowledgeable about web accessibility requirements and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment, managing customer expectations and coordinating with multiple teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
  • A self-motivated individual who is proactive and driven to achieve high standards in development tasks.
