What will you be doing?

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize Agile methodologies to work efficiently within a development team, adapting to rapid changes and delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Design, code, and unit test both front-end and back-end solutions for integrated systems using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Go, and SQL.
- Develop integration code to connect and interface various systems and services, ensuring solutions adhere to open standards and interoperability requirements.
- Create prototypes and mock-ups to demonstrate solution designs, aesthetics, and functionality, rapidly iterating based on user feedback.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including design specifications, implementation details, and user guides.
- Analyze user feedback and system requirements to make informed updates and improvements to existing solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- IAT level II Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and SQL/No-SQL database technologies. Desired experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL. Alternatives include VueJS, Go, MySQL, ElasticSearch.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and facilitating sessions across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate design principles effectively, advocating for best practices.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and user-centered design/human-centered design principles.
- Knowledgeable about web accessibility requirements and best practices.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment, managing customer expectations and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
- A self-motivated individual who is proactive and driven to achieve high standards in development tasks.
