Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements.
Develop Target-nominations, create database records, and databases target intelligence products.
Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
Conduct collateral damage estimation, perform target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
Provide database nominations, create, and update database and uploads TMs into databases.
Assist in developing the processes and procedures to facilitate combat target development IAW CJCSI 3122.06C, CJCSI 3160.01A, CJCSI 3370.01A, CJCSM 3370.01, and CJCSM 3375.01, battle damage assessment (BDA) IAW CJCSM 3162.01, dynamic targeting IAW Joint Publication 3-60, and combat target enterprise management (training, automation, standardization, exercise coordination, and readiness), to United States Cyber Command (USCC) Commander, the USCC J2, J3, J5, and SJA staffs, and the USCC Components.
Assist with long range planning and coordinate intelligence and combat targeting efforts within USCC, with USSTRATCOM, other Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, Military Targeting Committee, and the Intelligence Community. Use intelligence tools, including Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) interfaces such as National Production Workshop (NPW) and Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT).
Apply a wide-range of research and analytic tools and techniques to conduct target systems analysis, target development, and BDA, and to provide recommendations to the J2, J3, J5, and USCC Components to conduct OCO/DCO-RA.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Possess the ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures
An active and current government clearance is required to be considered for this work.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
Minimum of 12 years of experience actively working as a Senior Targeting Analyst
A Master's Degree
Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute for the Master’s degree
