Overview
GovCIO is currently looking for a Business Oversight manager to support CODIS application development/modernization. This position will be located near Quantico, VA and will be a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
Provide program management support to oversee CODIS development and operations teams. Manage and maintain risk register. Track scheduled activities and their progress. Maintain program dashboards and generate reports. Plan and respond to data calls. Analyze invoices for accuracy and completeness. Be SME on agile management approaches and frameworks.
Qualifications
High School with 3 - 10 years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: Top Secret eligible

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in governance, oversight and
- cost analysis or closely related experience including:
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Critical Path and Schedule Risk Assessment analyses
- Relating software development metrics to technical achievement
- Cost estimating and reporting
- Minimum of three (3) years of Agile Software Development experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and SharePoint (User)
- Work experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and SharePoint (user)
Certification
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification
