RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Senior Specialty Trainer - CMD/IEDD in support of the Global Peace Operations Initiative Capacity Building Assistance in Uganda.
**This position is contingent upon contract award. **

Roles and Responsibilities
- The Senior Specialty Trainer shall be the Team Lead’s principal trainer for other conducting specialized contract training requirements.
- The Senior Specialty Trainer shall have a minimum of 10 years of technical experience which includes a relevant blend of military skills, experience, knowledge, and current certifications that will enable that individual to successfully train specific task performance objectives on this SOW.
- Minimum of ten (10) years U.S. or NATO military explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) occupational specialty at E6-E9; WO2-WO5; O3-O5.
- MinimumcertificationasInternationalMineActionService(IMAS)EODLevel3or other internationally recognized equivalent. [EOD certification and competency standards are spelled out in IMAS 9.30.]
- Demonstrated experience conducting EOD planning and operations in austere environments.
- Experienceasseniortrainertoaforeignsecuritypartnerwithdirectly related experience in capacity building.
- Recent experience (EOD unit) while deployed to a combat, peacekeeping, or other contingency operation.
