Multi-Media Specialist Support - Mid-level
Position Requirement:
MUST BE A US CITIZEN
ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 4 YEARS OF
EXPERIENCE WITH PERFORMING THIS ROLE AT
THE NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE
AGENCY REQUIRED
Locations: St. Louis, MO
Job Type: Full-Time Employee
Education: Bachelors Degree Required/Masters Degree Preferred in Business or
IT related field.
Required:
Possess knowledge of NGA GEOINT products and data to include commercial
imagery, satellite imagery systems and related information libraries
Demonstrated experience in maintaining, disseminating, troubleshooting, and
acquiring GEOINT data from various sources.
manipulates and transfers digital data, performs quality checks on all media to
ensure order accuracy, confirms an address, prepares forms, packages and mail
the media to customer support locations worldwide
Knowledge of shipping regulations i.e. shipping classified data, US postal
regulations, packaging requirements, FedEx guidelines, military postal
regulations, MilAir, etc.
Demonstrated experience in connecting web applications to databases and
database systems
Working knowledge of LINUX, Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7) and
HTML.
, Have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact
with senior leadership appropriately
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment
Communicate effectively through writing, email, briefings, telephone, and other
collaboration tools.
Communicate with all levels of the NGA Enterprise (government, contractor,
military), IC, and DoD as required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Desired:
Have specialized expertise in, geospatial data management, database
administration, data synchronization, data analysis, NGA product and data
knowledge, customer information analysis, customer service, possess excellent
interpersonal skills and have the ability to work as part of a team or

Familiarity with Media Services, NGA’s Gateway, Source and all operations
centers, service centers, and business processes in NGA
Experience working with NGA/Source in a production support branch assisting in
the production and dissemination of finished GEOINT information.
Familiarity with current NGA products, image flow, and conducting media
transfers
Knowledge of Custom Media Generation System (CMGS), Tailored Media
Generation System (TMGS), NGA Consolidated Library-West (Media Generation)
and the Geospatial Intelligence Library functions as it pertains to geospatial data
management and dissemination processes.
Knowledge of NGA GEOINT products and data, satellite imagery systems and
related information libraries
Knowledgeable in a variety of NGA’s software and services and be able to assist
customers with NGA’s software and services
Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute and report tasks as identified
by the government Background in customer service processes with an
understanding of technical problems, process improvement, and solutions as they
relate to the current and future business and mission environment at NGA
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to assist others in solving problems,
to include engaging across the IC & DOD.
Experience with providing customer service support activities across
organizational elements.
