Human Capital Consultant
Position Requirement:
MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
Skills and Experience (Required):
Bachelor's degree or high-level degree is preferred in Human Capital / Business
Administration, Business Management or Computer Science, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience relevant to organizational transformation, business process
improvement, organizational design and workforce development and
implementation as a consultant.
3 years of experience with human capital organizational development and redesign
consulting for state and/or federal government agency
Strong problem and analytical solving skills, also able to work independently and
collaboratively.
Communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technically
oriented stakeholders.
Support in the development of Organization Design, Structure, and Workforce and as part
of the implementation project plan, and support the execution of the project plan:
Discussion of best practices for structuring the type of financial management and
accounting organization(s) and roles that the client organization needs to
successfully operationalize these functions
Organization design and staffing recommendations, including recommendations for
how to best structure and staff teams. Recommendations for staffing levels should
include recommendations for minimum viable staffing as well as staffing levels
required for optimal performance.
Recommendations for evaluating candidates for team positions, to include required
and desired education, years of experience, professional qualifications and
certifications, etc.
Recommendations for developing the necessary recruiting plan(s) to recruit viable
candidates (i.e., professional job boards, etc.).
Recommendations for staff talent management, including formalized career
pathways.
Recommendations for talent onboarding and integration plan to ensure that staff
understands and believes in organization’s vision and mission, and understands its
operations and ways of working.
