ProSync is seeking to hire a full-time member of our security team to implement and support overall information security efforts.
The pay for this position ranges from $84-99k based on relevant candidate experience.
Overall Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university and five (5) years of experience related to SCI INFOSEC.
• Allowable substitution - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with at least nine (9) years of experience in SCI INFOSEC.
Five (5) years of experience in:
• Formulating plans, policies, procedures and other documentation required to deal with the operation of SCI protection functions.
• Assist with Staff Assistance Visits and other local inspections as required.
• Prepares and presents reports with appropriate corrective actions delineated.
• Participate in the management of security incidents.
• Provide training and guidance on handling, safeguarding, marking classified material.
Three (3) years of experience in:
• Provide continuous training and guidance in all areas of SCI security. (e.g. local procedures, OPSEC, Communications Security (COMSEC), Security Awareness).
• Enforce foreign contact and travel requirements, entry procedures, escort procedures, document control procedures, and classification review/guidance requests.
• Verify and provide training for requests for SCI courier authorizations; issues those certifications.
• Review and maintaining documents for SCI contracts for relevant DD Form 254 information.
One (1) year of experience:
• Acting as an SCI courier;
• Managing and appointing Special Security Representatives (SSRs); and
• Enforcing ICD 705 requirements.
• Functional Responsibilities: This position requires interfacing with senior leadership, Physical Security, and Personnel Security.
