Work Location: Fort Eustis, VA

Cape Fox is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of a government customer. The Management Analyst will provide support and analysis in areas such as data collection and assessment, operations research, sustainment, logisticians, and other operational disciplines specified at the TO level essential to the support requirements of the contract. This position is contingent upon award.

Core Duties:

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems, and procedures
• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or a total of 6 years of specialized experience in one or more of the fields identified
• A minimum of 6 years' experience, of which at least 3 years must be specialized. Specialized related scientific or technical discipline ( Note : Master of Sciences degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline will be considered equivalent to one-year specialized experience and two years general experience. Ph.D. (in the fields described in this paragraph) will be considered equivalent to two years specialized experience and three years general experience)
• Required to work on-site and perform some travel within the Continental U.S. (CONUS) Locations, to be determined during contract performance
• SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret Security Clearance. Active Security Clearance is desired. Cleared eligibility is required
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
