NewGen is seeking a DevOps Engineer with hands on development and cloud experience. DoD Secret clearance preferred.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of IT professional services consulting or application development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and/or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and another programming language (e.g., React, JavaScript, Python, GO, C++).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid experience with GitOps principles and tools (e.g., Argo CD, Flux).
• Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Most work will be performed remotely, but there could be up to 30% travel required.
