Who will I be working with?In support of Inflow's contract with the Government,you will be working along side the military with our team of other awesome Intelligence Analysts. You will be supportingthe Government'scorecyber intelligence mission.
What level Clearance do I need?You must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
Operations Training Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain Cyber crew Training Guidance for cyber crew operators
• Provide Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) training for Cyberspace Wing subordinate units
• Facilitate cyber crew unit training team meetings
• Review and provide comments on Master Training Plans/Tasks Lists and Plans of Instruction
• Certify and train Cyberspace Wing crew instructors
• Participate in Training Planning Team Meetings
• Participate in Weapon System Reviews
• Participate in Tactics Review Boards
• Participate in Weapons and Tactics Conferences
• Participate in Standardization and Evaluation Board meetings
• Participate in Cyberspace Wing Tactics, Intel, Training, and Stan/Eval (TITE) meetings
• Review and provide comments on proposed operations training policy and rules of engagement
• Participate in Unit Visits (UV) and prepare UV reports
• Update staff meeting slides
• Interface with unit Task Management Tool
• Plan, develop, participate and manage Wing-supported exercises
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with cyberspace operations training
• Additionally, requires BA/BS degree or "In Lieu of" experience*
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
