Requirements and general description:
BS plus 14 years as a SE – Heavy TechSIGINT – familiarity with ML. Develop engineering documentation, development/solicitation of system requirements or specifications, as well as the designing, development and testing of the TechSIGINT revitalization efforts within X1142. Will need to be able to communicate across multiple organizations and agencies to gather, document and create functional and nonfunctional requirements. Main task is to capture requirements/characterizations for a particular system. Need a SE who can capture these requirements and turn them into implementable system requirements for a prototype system. This individual will be ultimately responsible for validating the technical integrity of the system design, work performed, and deliverables produced. Perform information gathering regarding data and focus research on network topologies, architectures and protocols. High level system design and network diagram involving all relevant stakeholders, as well as nonfunctional requirement for related networks. Determine data connectivity and storage requirements, manage requirements within Confluence.
