Position Description
The Technical Support Engineer shall have the following qualifications.
Desired Skills: Application Support, Lexmark Printer Troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Systems Administration, Multifunction Devices, Remote Desktop Administration, Electrical Knowledge, Mechanical Knowledge
Special Requirement Notes: Installation and response efforts for the position requires lifting equipment that weighs 20-30 pounds, walking, standing, pushing, and pulling; working around, under, and over desks, as well as professional personal interactions with customers.
Clearance: Top Secret / SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Certifications: IAT Level 1, CompTIA A Security+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent OR High School with 15 years of working experience.
