emerging companies by offering comprehensive analytics and strategic guidance to help them
succeed in the Department of Defense/Intelligence Community (DoD/IC).
Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified and diligent Business Analyst to join our team
and support the management and execution of all aspects of DoD Mentor Protégé Agreements
(MPAs). The ideal candidate will have experience serving as a business analyst for DoD MPAs,
and performing tasks such as regularly communicating with with key stakeholders (protégé
companies, the DoD sponsoring agency, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and the
Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), supporting the execution of MPA tasks,
authoring and submitting status reports, managing MPA budgets, tracking progress against
master schedule, coordinating the activities of subcontractors, and supporting the MPP PM,
protégé companies, and other team members in all aspects of MPAs. contracting.
Responsibilities:
• Help the PM to manage and execute all aspects of MPAs in accordance with DoD and
NGA regulations.

, • Deliver subject matter expertise, guidance, and insight regarding the DoD MPP/MPAs to
other T&H staff, Protégé staff, and subcontractors.
• Interact with and provide status updates to key stakeholders, including DoD/OSD, NGA,
and DCMA personnel.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the performance and progress against
developmental goals and objectives as outlined in MPAs between the Mentor and
Protégé.
• Populate dashboards and author reports to track key performance indicators and measure
program effectiveness.
• Play a key role in protégé companies development of capabilities in emerging technology
areas including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML),
Cybersecurity, and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT).
• Work together with the PM, protégé companies, and other stakeholders to pinpoint
challenges and develop and implement solutions.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of presentations, briefings, and other materials
for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in MPP-related conferences, meetings, workshops, and other events to
represent the T&H MPP Program, and share insights, progress and lessons learned with
DoD, NGA, other Government officials, and prospective protégé companies.
• Exhibit extensive experience with DFARS Appendix I and ensure that T&H’s MPP and
each MPA strictly adheres to Appendix I.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience serving as a business analyst in support of Federal
Government contracts, preferably in the delivery of information technology or
management consulting solutions for DoD/IC agencies.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience directly supporting and helping to manage a DoD
MPP and DoD MPAs.
• Effective analytical skills, with the ability to analyze, collect, and interpret complex data
sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clarify
complex concepts to a range of audiences.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities, including the capacity to successfully
multitask.
• Able to execute work at a high level both independently as well as jointly in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in the use and application of the following technologies:

,o Data visualization/dashboarding: Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, or related
tools.
o Program/project management/scheduling: MS Project, Monday.com, JIRA, or
related tools.
o Business/desktop: Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel,
