Responsibilities
The DevSecOps Specialist will select / deploy / maintain the set of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes used by the development team and / or maintain the deployed software product and ensure observability and security across the lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of the systems engineering process
- Skill in writing code in a currently supported programming language (e.g., Java, C++)
- Apply security architecture principles to meet the organization's confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements
- Knowledge of information technology (IT) risk management policies, requirements, and procedures
Qualifications
CLEARANCE:
- Active Top Secret / SCI. ***TS/SCI required upon application for initial consideration. This position is not open for any clearance upgrades, reactivation, or sponsorship.***
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or applicable field
- Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or applicable field preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 8 + years of relevant, progressive experience
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Has worked at 1st 10 / SOCOM 10 / USASOC
