Our Systems Integrator (SI) will play an essential role in the development and delivery of critical mission needs. As part of a mission integration team, the SI will be responsible for project management duties related to capability development in the operational support lifecycle. A successful SI candidate will be a communicative self-starter who takes the initiative to solve complex technical problems and follows through in the delivery of solutions.

- Validate requirements with end users, technical development team, and project stakeholders.
- Create project documentation and diagrams that comply with customer communication requirements.
- Manage and track technical progress.
- Apply risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate impact to project schedule and objectives.
- Develop testing and acceptance criteria ahead of solution delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with end users and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple development efforts throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mid-Level:
- Five (5+) years of recent experience in a systems integrator role.
- Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university. Related work experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Must be US Citizen.
- TS/SCI with poly.
- Experience executing technical project management.
- Experience in coordinating technical requirements with stakeholders and communicating potential issues with ongoing projects.
- Experience in applying critical thinking to ensure project integrity, performance, and reliability and providing sound recommendations to remedy technical issues.
- Experience in developing project plans, including resource management and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience working with technical test teams and stakeholders to validate user requirements and ensure appropriate project planning and completion standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in varying stages of the development lifecycle.
- Expert Level:
- Eight (8+) years of recent experience in a systems integrator role.
- Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university. Related work experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Must be US Citizen.
- TS/SCI with poly.
- Successful experience executing technical project management.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating technical requirements with stakeholders and communicating potential issues with ongoing projects.
