Our Systems Integrator (SI) will play an essential role in the development and delivery of critical mission needs. As part of a mission integration team, the SI will be responsible for project management duties related to capability development in the operational support lifecycle. A successful SI candidate will be a communicative self-starter who takes the initiative to solve complex technical problems and follows through in the delivery of solutions.

To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we're looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:
  • Validate requirements with end users, technical development team, and project stakeholders.
  • Create project documentation and diagrams that comply with customer communication requirements.
  • Manage and track technical progress.
  • Apply risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate impact to project schedule and objectives.
  • Develop testing and acceptance criteria ahead of solution delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with end users and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple development efforts throughout the development lifecycle.


  • Mid-Level:
    • Five (5+) years of recent experience in a systems integrator role.
    • Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university. Related work experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
    • Must be US Citizen.
    • TS/SCI with poly.
    • Experience executing technical project management.
    • Experience in coordinating technical requirements with stakeholders and communicating potential issues with ongoing projects.
    • Experience in applying critical thinking to ensure project integrity, performance, and reliability and providing sound recommendations to remedy technical issues.
    • Experience in developing project plans, including resource management and scheduling.
    • Demonstrated experience working with technical test teams and stakeholders to validate user requirements and ensure appropriate project planning and completion standards.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in varying stages of the development lifecycle.
  • Expert Level:
    • Eight (8+) years of recent experience in a systems integrator role.
    • Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university. Related work experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
    • Must be US Citizen.
    • TS/SCI with poly.
    • Successful experience executing technical project management.
    • Demonstrated experience in coordinating technical requirements with stakeholders and communicating potential issues with ongoing projects.
    • Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking to ensure project integrity, performance, and reliability and providing sound recommendations to remedy technical issues.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing project plans, including resource management and scheduling.
    • Demonstrated successful experience working with technical test teams and stakeholders to validate user requirements and ensure appropriate project planning and completion standards.
