Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Systems Security Specialist to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) mission at NSWC PHD Operations in Port Hueneme, CA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the cybersecurity efforts for the Department of Defense (DoD), ensuring compliance with policies, directives, and the RMF A&A process.

Responsibilities:
- Support RMF A&A Process: Provide direct support for RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) efforts, in alignment with relevant policies and directives. This includes the management of 25-50 networks with varying configurations such as defense business systems, RDT&E systems (connected and disconnected), across multiple locations (on-premise, off-premise, and cloud).
- Cybersecurity Systems Management: Oversee networks with a device count between 1 and 1,000, which include physical, virtual, and containerized devices. Ensure systems meet the necessary security standards throughout their lifecycle.
- Project Management: Assist in managing RMF projects and the coordination of command information systems. This includes:
- Schedule management to ensure timelines are met.
- Assigning human resources, setting and tracking milestones, and ensuring all required documentation is produced.
- Developing staffing and workload projections.
- Monitoring approvals and managing workloads to stay on track.
- Documentation and Compliance: Generate, edit, and maintain documentation necessary for the RMF A&A process. Provide continuous support through all seven steps of the RMF process, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience with the DoD Cybersecurity Authorization & Accreditation processes and tools, specifically including RMF and eMASS.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Cybersecurity system auditing and monitoring, including Inspector General inspections and Command Cyber Readiness Inspection criteria.
- Experience with the Navy's ACAS system and Navy's VRAM.
- Current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with DoD or DoN cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Experience managing DoD Cybersecurity Program requirements and deliverables.
- Knowledge of Host-Based Security System (HBSS), Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
Certifications:
- IAT Level 2 certification
