Location: Remote
HumanIT Solutions LLC is seeking a Mid level Appian Developer. Your responsible for design; development, testing and implementation of process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software. You will be required to analyze and understand both the customer environment and program goals as well as the specific project requirements in order to develop and implement the future state business processes. This position will require leading and working alongside of small teams so must have interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Working with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet our client's
expectations and business needs.
• Work with Scrum Masters to deliver on-time solutions following an agile methodology and
develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team.
• Opportunity to mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers and maintain technical
knowledge.
• HumanIT works at the forefront of new Appian features and development practices and
supports its employees in being trained and certified in the latest and greatest. The
candidate can expect to be mentored to develop senior-level architectural, technical, and
managerial skills to quickly advance to senior-level roles.

Position Requirements
Minimal Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of system implementations along with understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle
- 1 to 2 years leading software development teams implementing Appian
- Have the ability and previous experience in database and system integration.
- 2 to 4 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
- Have experience in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge and ability to create technical solutions for process automations
- Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum
- 2 year's of experience in root cause analysis skills
- Ability to plan/manage/prioritize work to meet objectives of multiple or competing priorities/projects
- Ability to communicate effectively to levels of leadership, lead small teams, and ability work independently
- Appian Level 1 Certified
- Experience of business process design, modelling and implementation on large technology projects
- Appian development or another BPM technology
- Software development (.NET, Java, Visual Basic, C#, etc.) (preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design (preferred)
- Process design and process improvement experience (Preferred)
- Appian Level 2 Certified
- Business or technology related bachelor's degree
