Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive HR support autonomously to team, management, staff, and customers.
• Collaborate with other government entities and internal groups, researching and interpreting policies and
workflows.
• Maintain flexible working hours, ensuring core hours of 10 AM - 2 PM are met, not exceeding 1 FTE
annually.
• Compose clear and concise correspondence, procedures, and reports in line with Sponsor policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and various internal systems (eBio, JobsGPS, PAS, duty application
system, Lawson).
• Manage the travel process for officers moving to and from field locations.
• Monitor and respond to daily cable traffic and electronic mail queries.
• Adapt to changing work requirements and priorities, performing additional duties as assigned.
• Research and apply knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures to address customer queries.
• Retrieve data and compile clear metrics.
• Assist with promotion panels, talent reviews, and updating SOPs to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and complete required training.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with eBio, JobsGPS, PAS, duty application system, and Lawson.
