Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Previous circuit card assembly/hand soldering experience.
- Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills including hands on J-STD-Class 3 skills (must have the skill/but not necessarily the cert., Can cert them on the job if they have the skills).
- Basic proficiency on computers and applications.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and reference engineering drawings.
Nice to Haves:
- Associate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- J-STD-Class 3 Certification
Job Description:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
- The majority of the work will be circuit card Assembly/Soldering and Epoxy applications.
- A magnifying microscope may be required for certain circuit card soldering and epoxy applications.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
