My client, a venture capital-backed organization in the defense technology space, is looking to hire a Senior Product Operations Manager to help implement processes, act as the main contact for stakeholders, and provide data and insights to the business. My client has developed a modern product that streamlines processes and saves time in critical areas for the Department of Defense (DOD).
To be considered for this role, you must have an extensive background within the DOD and hold a Top Secret clearance, as you will be working within a classified environment when on client sites. You will also need the following skills and experience:
Top Secret Clearance
5 years+ experience in a Product Manager position, with a focus on B2B software
Extensive stakeholder management experience
Knowledge of working in classified environments
Data-focused: understanding how to make decisions based on customer data
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to build products to meet client requirements
