Key Responsibilities
- Network Installation and Configuration Support:

- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve basic network issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and testing on network hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document network configurations and updates, ensuring accurate records of all changes and maintenance activities.
- Provide status updates and technical reports to the Lead Engineer.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure, with knowledge of networking basics.
- Certifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
- CompTIA Security+ preferred.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret-level clearance required.
