Location: Worksite Locations: Bel Air, MD - Hybrid
You’ll Bring These Qualifications for:
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in related engineering, preferably STEM
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining software-defined networking solutions including hands-on debugging
Experience with:
Networking Analysis (tcpdump, wireshark, IPFIX or netflow)
Computer Networking/Software Engineering, focus on network-oriented software
Linux Command Line, Utilities, and Shell Scripting
Windows Command Line, Utilities, and PowerShell Scripting
Testing, debugging, and performance analysis of networking
Software/hardware experience detecting irregularity and performing source analysis to formulate remediate or solutions
Planning, designing, and tailoring technical specifications of micro-segmentation strategies that enhance an organization's zero-trust posture
Conducting R&D and implementation of networking software, including developing server or client software using a socket API or below.
These Qualifications will be nice to have:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
ML and AI
Modern DevOps Practices
Software Defined Networking concepts
DPDK or eBPF
Encapsulation and segregation systems ( VXLAN or OpenDaylight)
DPI and leveraging it for building Layer 7 firewalls
Data plane flow control, and an understanding of how it interacts with a control plane
Github/Gitlab
Router/Switch configuration, physical and virtual
Security and/or Networking Certifications
