My client is a VC-backed startup revolutionizing a niche part of the DOD with their modern product suite. The company is in a high-growth phase and is in a very unique scenario where they are already profitable as a business. They are now looking to hire a Technical Program Manager who has strong DOD experience and has worked within DevOps. To be considered for this position, you must have a Top Secret clearance and the following skills and background:
Top Secret Clearance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on implementing DevOps practices in the DOD environment.
Strong experience working within the DOD - Ideally - Air Force
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Strong understanding of DOD acquisition processes and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Ideally have a strong technical understanding around DevOps - potentially you used to be a DevOps, Systems, or Software Engineer.
