Location: Langley AFB,VA.
Schedule: Day/ M-F
Anticipated Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000

Mental Requirements: Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.

Syntelligent is seeking a full-time System Support Specialist.

Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Provide support including but not limited to desktop, mobile devices, networks, and asset management
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer related Information Technology (IT) issues via telephone, email, or in-person
- Install IT related infrastructure, equipment, and/or electronic devices in accordance with security and industry standards
- Document support activity in designed ticketing or tracking system
- Provide professional solutions to end-users regarding requirements status and/or escalate requirement to appropriate support level for further resolution
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and solutions for reoccurring issues and disperse to end-users
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience performing computer/hardware/software troubleshooting and help desk support functions
- Active TS/SCI Clearance required
- DOD 8570 IAT Level I certified
- General understanding of asset management with security requirements status and/or escalate requirement to support level for further resolution
- Experience supporting software and network applications
