We have an open position for a Technical Support role for a recently awarded contract with The US Navy. We are looking for smart and professional candidates to join our team who can provide support to VIP clients all over the continent and in other areas like Guam, Hawaii, and Italy. (25%+ Travelling required)
Duration: Multi-year
Location: Silverdale WA (Onsite)
Mandatory: Active Secret or higher (We might have to sponsor you for TS).

Job Description:
The resource will provide support to Command Information Office (CIO) staff at Facilities Engineering Commands (FECs) to deploy mobile devices, assess and refine current mobile deployment processes, and align current business requirements with those new processes to support PW mobile device deployment.
Process requirements of device deployment and specific responsibilities include: Receive new devices from a cellular provider Setup devices after receipt in coordination with field staff.
Support device deployment and device replacement Support/troubleshooting new and existing mobile devices (like Phones, Tablets, Laptops).
Support increased maintenance activity associated with evolving Navy mobile policy requirements.
