Job Title: Power Generation Manager I
Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
• Secret Clearance, US National
• Certification from Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA) and Power Pro Certification
preferred.
• Completion of structured training program in Power Generation equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 6-9 years related experience required.
• Ability to follow military regulations and manufacturer's instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Power Generation operations within assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Manage team responsible for troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of power generators
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety and quality standards, schedules, and budget
constraints
• Coordinate supervision, personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules and budget
• Utilize electronic work order system and maintenance data effectively
• Communicate project status, issues, and requirements with site management and functional leaders
• Establish and maintain a safety culture, ensuring adherence to company safety requirements
• Train subordinates on specifications, work procedures, and quality requirements
• Perform duties of subordinate personnel as required
