• Senior Network Operation Specialist needed to support the DoD.
• Oversee the infrastructure and network operation by responding appropriately to alerts and events.
• Oversee incident resolution, ensuring appropriate response to escalations. Coordinate infrastructure repairs including directing remote activities to ensure continuity for service delivery.
