The individual will be responsible for configuring these systems according to client specifications and resolving any related issues. Collaboration with clients and various technical teams is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Systems Center and PowerShell is crucial for developing operational procedures and documenting system configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
- Plan, monitor, and execute project activities.
- Develop technical applications to support user needs.
- Establish and enforce standards and procedures for system design, development, installation, modification, and documentation.
- Provide training on system products and procedures.
- Conduct application upgrades and monitor real-time databases, network communications, and graphics applications.
- Troubleshoot problems and ensure project compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
- Extensive enterprise-level experience with Hyper-V.
- Profound understanding of enterprise Windows server software.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
- Expertise in registry and group policy editing.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise Active Directory.
- Practical experience with Microsoft System Center, Virtual Machine Manager, and Operations Manager.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with VBScript or similar scripting languages.
