Based in Baltimore, MD, with offices in Herndon, VA, we're a global tech provider leading in innovation for the Defense and Aerospace Sector. Our Power Systems Division excels in power electronics and renewable energy, while the Mission Systems Division delivers top-notch IT solutions for national security. The ISR Systems Division supports the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance community with a focus on SOA architectures globally. We're seeking a high-level Software Engineer with a TS/SCI Full Scope Poly to support our team:
• Demonstrated minimum of five years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java code to a production environment (from scratch, i.e., not limited to tweaking existing code, O&M, etc.).
• Demonstrated minimum of two years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying big data solutions to a production environment. Preferably, experience with ALL three listed below:
- Hadoop or Spark
- Solr
- Hbase
• Demonstrating at least two years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-based solutions (applicants should list cloud technologies used). These experiences can be in conjunction with the big data and Java experience requirements listed above.
• Demonstrated experience (and willingness) to undergo the pull request process where every technical task/code deliverable undergoes nearly full code coverage (i.e., unit testing) and a peer review before deployment to a non-production environment.

• AWS Developer Certification
