Rover 1 is looking for project managers who understand failing to plan … is planning to fail. The ability to successfully plan out key phases of a project, from kickoff to closeout, while keeping the right stakeholders engaged, is THE differentiator.
Project Managers at Rover 1 are expected to be skilled communicators who are comfortable working with, and coordinating between, multiple stakeholders on cross-cutting projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple high-level projects to ensure key project metrics align with the champion’s vision
Successfully plan and lead project kickoff meetings with full project teams and senior level customers
Ensure projects are maintaining progress in terms of resource allocation, budget, and appropriate risk allocation
Oversee project deliverable and ensure it meets champion’s requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in project management
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create client ready deliverables
Desired:
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- PMP Certified
Salary: 150,000+
