Analytics Consultant

Rover 1 is looking for a business analyst who is part data scientist, part process improver. The analyst primarily relates business rules and data needs to the scientist who then performs the appropriate analysis.

Business Analysts should have a solid background working with data and metrics to understand how to make a data driven decision. The analysts collect process information and translate it to a data visualization tool or use it to build a product.

Responsibilities:
* Work with team of analysts and data scientists to analyze data and uncover insight on how it relates to business objectives
* Display data in a useable format
* Explain complex data analyses to clients looking to make operational decisions
* Make recommendations on findings based on analysis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
- 2+ years in analytic consulting role
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis
- Experience with data visualization

Desired:
- 4+ years in analytic consulting role
- Experience designing Tableau dashboards
- Experience in R or Python cleaning and analyzing data sets
- Experience sourcing data and populating Data Visualizations
- Experience leading teams of data-oriented consultants

Salary: 150,000+
