Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled MyID Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive technical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to architect, implement, configure, and troubleshoot MyID solutions in enterprise environments, with prior experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture design, implementation, and configuration of MyID solutions in enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to MyID implementations, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and DoD stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality MyID deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for MyID-related inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MyID best practices, security standards, and industry trends to ensure the continuous improvement of MyID implementations.
Qualifications:
• Active Secret Clearance and eligibility for a Top-Secret Clearance is required.
• Hands on experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting MyID solutions in enterprise environments, preferably within the DoD or similar federal environments.
• Prior experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or other government agencies is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to Washington D.C. on occasion for face-to-face meetings with DoD clients. Travel expenses will be covered.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
