- Assist teammates in coordinating access to PCC and other secure locations that might have limited access.
- Work with teammates to coordinate any outages required for maintenance or repairs during the course of the visit.
- Take part in the tour of the facilities, and create inventory of equipment within the Team’s SOW for -Preventative Maintenance (PM). Assist teammates in updating the equipment inventory that the Team plans to PM during the visit.
- Equipment within the Team’s HVAC SOW includes, but is not limited to: Split Air Conditioning Units (inside and outside), McLean Midwest Package Units, Package Air Conditioning Units, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Water Pumps, Water Treatment Systems, and Building Automation Systems. This includes all associated filtering systems, temperature controls, operation and safety controls, actuators and associated control systems.
- Complete PM on each piece of equipment within the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Identify corrective maintenance items found during the course of PM, or requested by the FM, and estimate time and materials required.
- Complete the work required and test equipment after work is complete to verify proper functionality.
- Create a Bill of Materials (BOM) to document all the recommended spare parts, repair parts, and tools associated with the equipment that you worked on during the visit.
- Work with the Locally Employed Staff (LES) whenever possible to complete on the job training while completing PM.

Deliverables may include:

Service Reports
Fully complete and detailed PM checksheets for all equipment maintained
Detailed Corrective Maintenance worksheets
Detailed Remaining Deficiency worksheets
Complete and accurate Bill of Materials (BOM)

Required Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of a State approved/accredited or military program that provided formal HVAC Journeyman level instruction and training or hold a valid Master HVAC License at a State Level
Must hold a current EPA-approved CFC Universal certification for high and low-pressure refrigerants, and shall familiar with/be able to comply with regulations governing the use of CFC refrigerants.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance
Must have the physical ability to travel overseas
Must be able to pass a physical examination for duty
Must be able to work on ladders, access rooftops and other hard to reach areas, and be able to lift and carry materials and tools in excess of 25 lbs
Must be familiar with the requirements outlined by ASHRAE: American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, OSHA, and other safety regulations
Must be proficient in using a computer to send email, as well as use Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
