Software Developer to work closely with Government Program Managers and a small team of software developers to accelerate system and application development. The position is located in Chantilly, VA
Job responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Customer PMs and software development team to develop new and enhance current systems and applications
- Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements
- Testing and deploying programs and applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
- Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance
- Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate improvements to team processes
You will work side-by-side with the other team members comprised of world class Machine Learning Engineers, System Architects, Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Cyber Engineers, and Multimedia Specialists to lead the customer in developing new technical solutions.
Qualifications
- FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH (FSP)Minimum 3 years of Python
- Experience with Rest API with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI
- Minimum 3 years of REACT or other component based javascript frameworks like VUE or Angular
- 5 years as a software developer • Experience using JIRA
Nice to Haves
- Minimum 1 year of Docker
- Experience with Microservice Architecture Development and Cloud Services
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working ML/AI projects
- Experience with unit testing
