Marathon TS is lookin for a Business Analyst to support our Federal customer.
As the business analyst you will be responsible for: Requirements gathering and documentation User Story and Use case documentation Facilitation of Agile ceremonies Development of functional artifacts and deliverables (designs, process flows, story maps, etc.) Ad-hoc Production support (issue investigation, triage, and resolution) Some aspects of release management and environment management (change request logging, documentation, error logging)
Additional Responsibiities Include:
- Assist in the process of documenting, analyzing, tracking, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements from business and technology stakeholders. Controlling change and communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Assists the team in preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt workshop. Helps team and ART estimate larger Features and Capabilities.
- Communicates with management and outside stakeholders.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
