Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud architecture, machine learning, vendor engagement, and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies with a focus on cloud environments.
Utilize machine learning for advanced security measures and analytics.
Engage effectively with security vendors for optimal solutions.
Apply RMF principles to ensure compliance and security integrity.
Conduct security assessments and audits.
Offer expert insights on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Collaborate with various teams to integrate cybersecurity practices.
Qualifications:
5years proven experience as a Cybersecurity SME.
Expertise in cloud architecture and security.
Experience in machine learning applications within cybersecurity.
Knowledge of vendor engagement and management.
Proficiency in RMF and compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
DoD 8570 Certification (ie, CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc) required
Masters Degree in related field preferred
