Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Systems Administrator to monitor and maintain client servers, databases, and networks. You will be a crucial part of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
Functional Responsibilities
Proactively monitor servers, applications, and databases.
Provide user support and assist with workstation issues.
Perform system backups and server remote control.
Deploy configuration changes on all network-attached devices.
Support and troubleshoot VDI components.
Document and maintain system diagrams.
Administer cloud-based resources (preferred).
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in server and workstation infrastructure support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows, and Linux.
Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and DFS.
Required Certifications: MTA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or equivalent experience.
