Specific Duties: Individual selected will perform configuration and data management activities to include (not complete list):
• Tracking, coordinating with technical subject matter experts, and creating engineering baseline change requests (Request For Change (RFC)) that will be submitted to the enterprise or prime contractors.
• Track, review and coordinate Request for Change Proposals (RFP) received from the the prime contractors.
o Tracking of RFC and RFPs through the creation to approval process; providing weekly updates to the program office leadership or as required
o Identifying points of contact that will be responsible for the technical content
o Coordinating with the points of contact in the creation of the required documentation that goes with the RFC or RFP
o Facilitating/coordinating the review and approval as required by established processes
• Support the writing of the technical evaluation documentation based on inputs from the technical subject matter experts and coordinate the final product with the appropriate government personnel
• Support the Contracting Officer Technical Representatives, Contracting Officer and Technical Lead as required to perform the baseline change management actions listed above.
• Prepares, tracks, and facilitates reviews of deviations and waivers for government approval when specifications cannot be met.
• Maintain baseline documentation, as required, by capturing approved changes to the baseline in the impacted baseline documentation once approved by the government
• Track Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) documents delivered by the prime contractor. Facilitate the review and approval per the Data Item Description (DID) within the program office
• Create and maintain configuration and data management tools as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Required Education, Certifications, Skills, Expertise, Years of Experience:
• Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience. Previous experience developing a variety of acquisition strategies.Basic understanding of satellite systems and architectures
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team building and problem solving skills
• Experience in NRO, IC, and DoD acquisition and program management processes
• Experience in the development of Statement of Works (SOWs) and in the ability to perform technical evaluations on SOW's and BOE's
• Ability to travel domestically
