Software Developer

The Shattuck Group is looking for a Software Engineer to support small applications development. The position is located in Herndon. You will be part of an existing small team to fulfil this requirement.

Basic Qualifications:

-TS/SCI with full scope polygraph

-Demonstrated experience using JavaScript

-Demonstrated experience with the following development languages: Java, NodeJS and Angular

Desired Qualifications:

-Demonstrated experience automating and scripting using Bash and Teraform

-Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex issues and managing and deploying applications in the cloud

-Demonstrated experience with REST Web services and SOAP Web services

-Demonstrated experience with Spring, Spring Security and Hibernate frameworks

-Demonstrated experience with AWS CloudFormation Templates, Load Balancer, Autoscaling, Security Groups, S3 and KMS

-Demonstrated experience automating configuration and provisioning of cloud resources

-Demonstrated experience with OpenSSL and TLS encryption protocols

-Demonstrated experience administrating databases like MySQL
