Job Description
Location: Alexandria, VA - May occasionally be required to work at an Arlington Office
• Provide system administrators support services for the personnel security case management system (eWORKS), perform system testing, trouble shooting, and identify areas of improvement.
• Codify eWORKS related functionality and workflows as they relate to business process improvements.
• Provide technical demonstrations, training and communicate with the user, and stakeholder community to encourage the proper use of eWORKS or address system issues to users and stakeholder.
• Develop, support, and maintain cooperative relationships with others at all levels of the corporation, and manage large volumes of data entry and background investigation material.
• Properly safeguard Privacy Act Protected Information and Personal Identifiable Information.
• Assist the Personnel Security Unit with any personnel security & suitability tasks identified in this Statement of Work as needed.
