Duties:
This position is located in the Human Capital Management Group, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA. This is an entry-level position and the candidate will work directly with a senior specialist in the area of Human Resource Management. The desired skill set will include: Strong Analytical Skills - Turning Data into Decisional Information and Developing a Comprehensive Work Product; Strong Business Software Skills - Excel, Power Point, Word, Relational Databases; Good Writing Skills; Good Oral Communication Skills; Collaborative - Good Teaming Skills.
